And Roses is the name of the creative project developed by visual artist Mar Vilella.
An adventure that began in Barcelona in early 2018 which was born out of the illusion and desire to create an inspiring space where you can express yourself with total freedom.

“My collages started like a game of self-discovery as I love to create compositions, playing with digital and analog photography. I trust the process and I end up with reimagined images where photography and poetry meet.”
Mar finds the inspiration to create this inner world in her daily life and travelling adventures. And Roses is an intimate reflection of strength and sensitivity.
I would describe my project as a way of representing how I feel the world. Feelings that are not only mine, but are common in all of us.
"Women are the main inspirations for my collages, they play a very important role conceptualizing and giving life to all those emotions I want to transmit."
Elements such as textures, the human body, nature and the senses, are also major protagonists in her works. Capsule collections formed by several limited edition pieces that want to inspire and reach the viewer in a very special way.
"Each composition is a matter of perspective and I encourage the public to make their own interpretations."
